- Per night bookings are at a minimum of 3 nights
- Additional nights are charged pro rata
- Pool heating (recommended October through March) £150/$150 per week
- Refundable security deposit £150/$200 per booking
- A deposit of £100/$175 per week is required to secure a booking, balance to be paid no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival
- All prices include tax and cleaning charges
- Early arrival or late departure will incur a fee of £40/$50
